We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. At time of booking a credit card is taken to reserve your appointment time.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment cost. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Because it would be unfair to put the next client behind schedule, we ask that you please arrive on time to your scheduled service. Late arrival will be reflected in service duration. For example: arriving 15 minutes late for a 60 minute service will result in a 45 minute service. Tardiness of 15 minutes or more will result in a "no call-no show" status and 100% of service cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Out of respect for other guests receiving services, we kindly ask that you end all phone calls and silence cell phones before entering the spa.
CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Due to health, safety, insurance purposes and out of respect for other guests receiving services, children under the age of 14 are not allowed into the spa. For the same reasons stated above, no child under the age of 18 may be left unnatended on the premises.
If you have an extra guest over the age of 18, they may wait in the lobby.
Guests and children who are not receiving services will not be permitted into the treatment areas or service rooms.
